In the past seven years, he’s helped more than 50,000 professionals, including executives from Facebook, Google, Uber and PepsiCo, who want to prevent burnout and create more freedom in their lives.

Prior to co-founding Lifehack Method, she worked in corporate brand management managing billion dollar brands. She now lives a nomadic lifestyle with her partner and co-founder, Demir, and their two-year-old daughter. They are currently living in Medellin, Colombia.
