Bonus Episode: A Delivery Room Epiphany & How to Grow Your Business Without Burning Out with Kim Rittberg

Joining me today is host of the Mom’s Exit Interview, Kim Rittberg. Kim was a media exec at Netflix and PEOPLE mag. Kim recognizes that women are looking for more flexibility, more fulfillment and are ditching corporate to find it. So many of us struggle because we say “yes” to everything but really need to say “no “ to more. We feel overloaded because we aren’t being judicious. Being intentional with our time and choosy about how we focus is so important. Today she is here to discuss corporate burnout, her delivery room epiphany, actionable tips for being judicious in business and more…
