Jennifer Kurdyla is a wellness educator and writer. For over ten years she has maintained a plant-based lifestyle, during which time she has come to revere the power of whole, natural foods to nourish the mind and body by developing, and sharing, recipes in her tiny New York kitchen.  She has over 500 hours of yoga teacher training and is currently studying to become an Ayurvedic Health Counselor at the Kripalu School of Ayurveda.
