Bonus Episode: Potty Training Simplified with Lauren Jones

The tendency to overcomplicate things can be applied to almost every area, including potty training. I’ve had a handful of listeners reach out wondering how to simplify the process, so I invited Lauren Jones from The Simple Life Project to join me in discussing her tried and true methods.

About Lauren Jones

Lauren is a wife, mom to 3 boys under three years old, active fitness buff, and lover of all things simple. She runs a blog and hosts The Simple Life Project podcast when she is not running after her kiddos. Her goal is to help women simplify their lives as moms both mentally and physically. Inspiring them to reach bigger than they think they ever could. She stands by the mentality that less is truly more in hopes to inspire women to join her on a journey to simplicity even amongst the busy that motherhood brings.
