EP36: Minimalist Goal Setting for 2018

New Year’s Resolutions rarely result in achieving anything but a ton of guilt. Today we’re proposing ways moms can set realistic goals for leading purposeful lives for themselves and their families.

Setting goals can be hard for people in all phases of life, but living the #momlife can make planning for anything difficult. For a stay-at-home mom of little one especially, just keeping everyone fed and alive by the end of the day is a big accomplishment!

BUT, we all have dreams for the future and areas we want to improve our lives, so we’re going to be talking about a gentler, kinder, less guilt-ridden way moms can make goals that are actually achievable in whatever phase of life your family is in currently.
