Plan your meal, cook and enjoy. Go slow. Take your time. Savor your food. It’s perfectly fine to linger over this – it is your day off after all. Treat it accordingly! If you can, try to do this with family/friends. I can guarantee if you have the resources to listen to this podcast, you have more resources than the majority of the world – give thanks!
